ANYONE who becomes a Chamber member at any level also has the opportunity to become a member of the Chamber’s “Committee of 100”.

Designed to give back to the service members who defend our freedoms, the Committee of 100 is a group of Chamber of Commerce members who, for an additional $100 per year, essentially become part of Altus's “Welcome Wagon” for new residents in town, specifically newcomers to Altus Air Force Base.

The money raised through membership fees goes toward one of the several annual events the Committee holds each year to welcome people to Altus and to show newcomers to AAFB what Altus is all about.

Events include receptions, dinners, and fun outdoor activities for the whole family. This is just one way our Chamber can say “thank you” for all those service members do for us and to make them feel at home in Altus, America. This is a small investment with a HUGE return!

• Access to ChamberCare (limitations apply) *Approx. Savings of 20% annually through Aetna, with policies comparable to similar coverage through BCBS. The Chamber can provide a link to show that most PCPs are in-network in Altus and surrounding towns in southwest Oklahoma.
