Dolly Parton & Early Literature Art Contest

Celebrate participation with the Dolly Parton Imagination Library by submitting your framed artwork illustrating Dolly or an early literacy theme. Categories include Grades 9–12 and Adults. Awards include $50 cash prizes for first-place winners, with artwork displayed at the Altus Public Library and the Shortgrass Casino Night Fundraiser.
