Halloween Coloring Contest

Join the fun this October with the Xpress Wellness Urgent Care Halloween Coloring Contest! Kids aged 5 & under, 6-9, and 10-12 can participate and win exciting prizes. To enter, visit Xpress Wellness Urgent Care in Altus or email ([email protected]) to receive a coloring sheet. Drop off your finished artwork by October 31st at 416 N Main Street, Altus. Make sure to fill out the bottom portion of the coloring page with your name, age, and contact number so we can notify the winners.
